Rice University's School of Social Sciences partnered with Limelight Films again to create a promo film for the Texas Policy Lab. Using 2-D animated info-graphics, the video explains how the Texas Policy Lab works with state and local government agencies. This free service is designed to provide solutions to Texas' most pressing social and economic problems.
